While you answer
Getting the map for an area takes us a minute or two. If you tell us roughly where you are now, we will fetch yours while you answer the questions, and your route will be ready when you are. Skip it and we will just ask again at the end.
We use a rough start point, never your exact address, and keep it only if you ask for a route. A town you type goes to our map provider.
What happens to your answers
Your answers stay in your browser. If you share your location or type a town, we use a rough start point to get the map for your area. A town you type goes to our map provider. If you ask for a route, we keep that start point and the route for 30 days. The maps come from OpenStreetMap. Nothing is tied to your name. If a route fails on our side and you leave your email, we use it for one email about that route and then delete it.
