The opening inhale of every Sun Salutation. Arms sweep overhead, slight back-bend through the upper spine.
From standing, arms out to the sides and up, palms touching or shoulder-width apart.
Reach through your fingertips, lift your chest, and let the arch happen in your upper back — not by crunching your lower back.
Reach up without shrugging toward your ears. Gaze forward, or up to your thumbs if your neck is happy there.
