Yoga posesPart XVI · Yoga poses
A breath of spinal length between Forward Fold and the next shape. Spine long, parallel to the floor.
From a forward fold, raise your torso until your spine is long and roughly parallel to the floor.
Fingertips on the floor, your shins or your thighs, bending your knees as much as you need. If your upper back is rounding, bring your hands higher up your legs.
Shoulders drawing down your back, neck in line with your spine. Don't lift your chin toward the front of the room.
