Face down on forearms, chest lifted. Gentle anterior-spine extension.
Face down, forearms flat on the mat, palms down, elbows stacked directly beneath your shoulders.
Pull your forearms back toward you without actually moving them. That's what lifts your chest, and it stops you shoving the floor away.
Hips, pelvis and legs stay grounded and your glutes stay relaxed so your back can extend. Gaze forward and slightly down.
