Straight forward, not turned in or out. That's what puts the stretch into your inner thighs.
Hands to your hips, lengthen, then fold from the hips with the crown of your head lowering toward the floor.
Get your hips stacked over your ankles. Sit back and your hamstrings never load at all.
On the floor between your feet, on your shins, or holding opposite elbows for more weight. Soft knees, heavy head.
