The App
MONS in your AI assistant
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant what to train for next, and follow your MONS training from the chat.
Connect
In Claude: go to Settings → Connectors and find MONS Athletics. If it isn’t listed yet, choose Add custom connector and paste the address below.
In ChatGPT or another assistant: add a connector with this address:
https://monsathletics.com/mcp
Find your next challenge
No account needed. Tell your assistant the furthest you have run, ridden or swum in one go. It finds your next challenge, from a 5 km run to a full-distance triathlon, asks a few questions about your recent training, and tells you how many weeks away you are.
Try:
- “The furthest I’ve run is 10 km. What should I aim for next?”
- “I’ve ridden 60 km. What’s my next challenge?”
Train from the chat
The first time you ask about your own training, your assistant asks you to sign in with Apple. It’s the same account as the app.
Then you can ask:
- “What’s my training today?”
- “Morning check-in: I have 40 minutes and the pool is shut.”
- “Make Saturday my long run every week.”
- “Tell my coach my left calf hurts.”
- “Put the half marathon on my calendar.”
- “Ask my coach why today is so easy.”
- “Update my kettlebells: I have 16 and 24 kg.”
Before your assistant changes anything, it tells you what it will do and waits for your yes.
What stays in the app
Your coach makes every training decision. Your assistant passes on what it says, and never designs a session itself.
The training happens in the MONS app on iPhone and Apple Watch, and that is where Apple Health connects. Today’s training, the check-in and your coach need the free trial or a subscription, which start in the app.
Disconnect
Remove MONS Athletics from your assistant’s connectors at any time. In Claude that is Settings → Connectors. What an assistant can see is in our privacy policy. Questions go to support.
